TableMaster is our new reservation management software designed to help restaurants optimize table occupancy and streamline daily operations. Thanks to its cloud-based system, you can access and manage all your bookings in real time—no matter where you are.

TableMaster brings all your reservations together on a single platform, whether they’re made manually, over the phone, or through external channels like Google—so you never miss an open table.

Beyond centralizing your bookings, TableMaster is built to boost team efficiency and significantly reduce no-shows. With smart features like automatic confirmations, personalized reminders, and guest management tools, you’ll fill more tables and avoid losses from missed reservations.

Who can use TableMaster

TableMaster will be available starting July 2025 exclusively for NordQR customers with an active plan (Lite, Pro, or Max). A few months later, we’ll open access to everyone—no NordQR account required.

Why is it free?

TableMaster is free because we’re still in the early launch phase. It’s a new product that we’re continuously developing and improving.

From day one, we want to offer you a useful, high-quality experience—but we also need your help to improve it. By using it and sharing your feedback, you help us understand what works, what can be improved, and what new features you’d like to see.

Offering it for free at this stage allows us to grow alongside our user community, learn about your real needs, and build a solid, practical product that’s truly aligned with what matters most.

Later on, we’ll introduce competitive paid plans to help us sustain the platform—but we’ll always keep a free option available.

How long will it be free?

TableMaster will be free for at least the first 6 months from the date the account is created. The only possible cost is for sending SMS messages to confirm reservations with customers, which is an external service whose price is beyond our control and from which we don't take any profit.

How are reservations managed in TableMaster?

Reservations in TableMaster can be managed manually or automatically. From the control panel, the restaurant can add, modify, or cancel reservations at any time. Additionally, customers can make reservations on their own through the restaurant's website or directly via Google. All reservations are synchronized in real time so that the restaurant always has full control and visibility of the service.

Does TableMaster send confirmations or reminders to customers?

Yes. When a customer makes a reservation, they automatically receive a confirmation email and SMS. Reminders can also be activated via email or SMS before the reservation date, all automatically.

Can I accept online reservations without having my own website?

Yes. When you register with TableMaster, we automatically generate a public page for your restaurant. You can share this link with your customers or include it in your social media, and from there they can easily make reservations.

What kind of support do you offer?

We offer support via chat during business hours. We'll soon be launching articles and video tutorials as well.
